What this service handles
A DMC sells a programme and then has to execute the ground half of it through local suppliers whose visibility ends at the invoice. The client judges the agency on a movement the agency cannot see.
VaultPac executes ground operations under your brand and gives you the operating picture that usually stays with the supplier: which vehicles are assigned, which movements have run, where the bags are, what changed this morning.
This is written for agencies rather than for travellers. Commercial terms, branding and the communication boundary are agreed per programme rather than assumed.

- Programme handed over Manifest, agenda, service standards

How VaultPac coordinates it
Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.

Trip → Trip Services → Movements
One trip holds every service on it, and each service breaks into the individual movements that have to happen. A single booking can carry people and bags on different vehicles and different clocks without becoming two bookings.
-
Group manifest
Send the passenger and bag list you already have. It is read into the trip instead of being retyped into a form.
-
Multiple vehicles
Several vehicles on one itinerary, each with its own assignment, timing and passenger list.
-
Separate cargo vehicle
A dedicated vehicle for bags, cases or equipment running alongside the passenger vehicles rather than inside them.
-
Operator assignment
Movements assigned to a specific operator and vehicle, with the assignment visible to dispatch throughout.
-
Dispatch monitoring
Every movement on one board while it runs, so a late arrival is seen rather than reported.
-
Changes during the trip
Times, stops, vehicles and passenger counts can change after a trip has started without rebooking it.
-
Masked communication
Passenger and chauffeur reach each other without either holding the other's number.
-
Affiliate & operator network
Vetted operators take work through the provider application, with their own view of the movements they hold.
What runs this movement
Assignment reads the passenger count and the bag count, so the vehicle that arrives fits both. Larger movements run several.

Why VaultPac for this
- You get the operating picture, not just the invoice.
- Execution runs under your brand with a communication boundary agreed before the programme starts.
- Passenger movement, luggage and greeters come from one supplier rather than three.
- Changes during the programme are absorbed on the board rather than renegotiated.
The operating experience behind VaultPac
The operating background behind VaultPac includes destination-management and event ground coordination — programmes executed for agencies whose own client relationship was the thing being protected.
VaultPac was built by transportation operators. Where this site describes earlier work, that work was performed by Chicago Limousine — the transportation operation behind VaultPac — and not by VaultPac itself.
Questions
Will your brand appear in front of our client?
Only if you want it to. The communication boundary — what the passenger sees, who they call, what the vehicle displays — is agreed per programme before it starts.
Can you cover markets outside Chicago?
Through vetted local operators, and we will tell you which markets we can actually cover for your dates rather than claiming a national footprint we cannot evidence.
