What this service handles
Large groups lose most of their time at kerbs. Loading sixty bags into coach bays takes twenty minutes at the airport and twenty more at the hotel, and the whole group waits through both.
Running a cargo van alongside removes that. The coach loads people and goes; the van loads bags and goes; and the bags are frequently staged at the hotel before the coach arrives, so the group walks into a lobby rather than into a pile of luggage.
Both movements sit on one trip with one manifest, so the counts reconcile and dispatch sees both.
